Tanya received her M.S. in Kinesiology, Orthopedic Rehabilitation with A.T. Stills University. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist through the Ohio State Medical Board. She started intensive training and practice of  MRTh® in 2007 which led to an extensive three-year training in Ortho-Bionomy® allowing her to earn her Associate of Ortho-Bionomy® in 2013. In addition to the manual modalities, she has an instructor certification in Functional Movement Pilates. Tanya graduated in 2000 with a BFA in dance performance and choreography from Kent State University. She has performed and choreographed nationally and internationally. For the past three years, she has been a part-time professor at Kent State University. She is currently a dancer with Travesty Dance Group Cleveland. 

 

 

Tanya’s focus is to achieve and ensure individual functional outcomes, awareness, and physical fitness through evidence-based research, communication, continual education, training, and experience. Her clients will benefit from the use of manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises for maximizing return to function following common sports injuries, and to help facilitate changes in pain, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, and stress patterns associated with postural and structural imbalances. She will maintain professional consistency through responsible, ethical standards and guidelines with dedication, integrity, and respect.
